Donkeys

As for ST so far so good. We have our little tussles with the national staff and as always they are testing both Pierre and me on as many issues as possible. We just have to stay strong and take it on the chin to prove we are not going to back down or turn turtle. Today was the distribution in the Shangil Tobay camp and things went less smoothly than Pierre would have liked. Oh well, more room for improvement really.

Next Wednesday we will distribute to Shadad camp. Fewer people there so should go smoother.

OH MY GOD, speaking about being uncomfortable…the donkeys here make such a racket. And late at night. It is like a pack of dogs in the city at 3am braying and honking in concert like they are getting their throats slit. Jeez.

Then there are the pigeons having sex on the tin roof at 06h! Might as well just get up and enjoy the freezing sunrise with a local coffee (filtered with your teeth)

Peace; keep the faith
