Beaching it

Yes indeed it is close to Christmas. It is hard to keep that in mind and it is good that you remind me. I sometimes feel like a small boat on the ocean where I catch the smallest and quickest of glimpses of Christmas...but only when I reach the peak of the swell.

I did go to Monrovia this weekend. A bit of work followed by sat and sun nites at the beach. It was nice to spend time at the beach and read, sleep (lots of it to be sure) and frolic in the waves. The beach is quite fine, long and deep and sandy - no coral here like in the Philippines. Too bad the undertow was so strong and risky. Here ya go the yin and yang of life captured at the beach.
